Relation to Bride & Groom: Bestfriend to Bride, Friend to Groom Favorite Memory: We were down by 5 or 6 baskets, and exhausted. I took the ball up the court and called out play A. We ran the fabricated play and surprisingly scored. We then proceeded to go through the alphabet and continued to score on every possession until we won. This was 2-on-2, we never practiced, all these “plays” were completely made up, and we had no idea what we were doing. Why do you want to “win”? Sam is opening a new chapter in her life titled, “New Name, Who dis?” Being by her side during this prequel has been so much fun, and has inspired me to prepare that chapter for myself! I’d love to win because it will symbol that I’m on the right path. If I don’t win I’m headed back to the streets. ✌🏽

Relation to Groom & Bride: Friend to Groom & Bride Favorite memory: To sum up our collective memories into one singular instance is impossible because the impact that Mike has had on my life has been monumental. We first met 7 years ago at NIACC, and seems like yesterday. Mike was one of the first people I met, but was easily the most genuine. Playing pickup basketball, countless nights of laughter, endless games of 2K, and even more nights of boredom due to being in the middle of nowhere. Why do you want to “win”? It symbolizes both love and marriage, something I aspire to have one day in the future. The true love that you both share is something i’d love to recreate and emulate with my own eventual bride sometime in the near future; because it’s cold out here in these streets!

Relation to Bride & Groom: My brother I met in college, Friend to Groom Favorite Memory: My favorite memory of me and the bride is our freshman year of college, we took the shuttle over to the campus apartments to go to a set (a kickback) and it was nobody there so we left and didn’t want people seeing us wait for the shuttle so we walked around the parking lot acting like we couldn’t find our car 😭😭 Why do you want “win”? It might give me luck to find a wholesome young man 😭

Lark literally walked out of school and they said do you want to join him? I said…. NO lol. Another memory is when we was at the white out party and Lark was drunk outside the club and sleep on the car. Why do you want to “win”? Someday I aspire to be in love.
