We are having a very small, intimate ceremony with only immediate family and a few close loved ones. While we wish we could have everyone there, our space is limited. Formal wedding invitations will outline all wedding weekend events guests are invited to. We can’t wait to share a meal and bust a move with you all at the reception!
No, we have opted to have a very small, intimate ceremony followed by a larger reception at a separate location where we can celebrate with all of our favorite people. Any events that guests are invited to will be clearly outlined on the formal wedding invitations.
As much as we adore all of the children in our lives, the wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only celebrations. However, children are welcome to join us the afternoon before at the welcome party!
Because we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, and due to limited venue capacities, we're only inviting our closest loved ones and those named on the wedding invitations. Thanks for understanding!
Welcome event: Put-together yet comfortable, casual dresses, jumpsuits, linen pants, nice jeans, sandals, or other comfortable footwear. Ceremony & Reception: Colorful and creative cocktail attire in prints, sparkle, and texture. Suits, dressy separates, and midi or floor-length dresses are welcome. Please no blue jeans or sneakers (unless you're busting them out for the dance floor). We found this article very helpful! https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-summer-wedding
The reception will be indoor/outdoor with all outdoor patio seating being fully covered. Don't worry, we have a solid rain plan in place for any planned outdoor activities.
We strongly encourage utilizing ride share services for the reception as most parking in Nashville is paid parking. There are several paid parking lots close by as well as some free street parking. For family members attending the ceremony, there will be a golf cart shuttle available to take people from the parking lot to the ceremony site. We recommend carpooling when possible.
