How do I RSVP? When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please see your invitation for the QR code or go to the RSVP tab on this website to answer. You will be asked to provide your name and to answer a few other questions. All responses should be given by November 6, 2026. Anyone who has not answered by 11.06.2026 will be marked as unable to attend. Due to venue restrictions, we are unable to make changes past this date. If you do not RSVP by 11.06.2026, you will not be able to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony promptly at 3:30 PM. 3:00 PM the earliest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear your best formal attire. Ladies, please wear evening gowns or formal outfits. Men, please wear suits and ties. We want everyone to look their best for this elegant occasion! Please avoid wearing white, very light colors, or dark green to avoid blending in with the wedding party or bride!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We request that guests adhere to the names listed on their invitation. While we would love to accommodate everyone, our venue and wedding plans have specific guest limitations. Each invitation is carefully designed to include the specific individuals we are delighted to celebrate with us on our special day.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our complete wedding registry and purchase directly from our wish list under the "Registry" tab. All items can then be delivered directly to our home. Additionally, there will be a card box. Please note that the bride will not change her name immediately after the wedding for travel and work purposes. If you are planning on writing a check, please write it out to either "Ethan Boots" or "Rachel Harrington".

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children very much; however, we have decided to make our special day an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding, and hope that you take the opportunity to have a date night!

Am I allowed to take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an "unplugged" ceremony, asking our guests to be fully present and set aside their cameras and phones. Our professional photographer will capture every precious moment. We want you to experience our wedding celebration with your hearts, not through a lens.

I have a food allergy/ other special need, can I make a special request?

Answer

We'll be happy to work with our venue coordinator to accommodate your dietary needs or other special requirements. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can ensure your comfort and enjoyment on our wedding day.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking and handicap parking at our venue.
