Transportation Provided?

Answer

Yes! The venue will NOT accommodate your vehicles unless you are a guest at the resort. For your convenience, the Bride & Groom are providing a shuttle to and from the venue, as well as a secure monitored lot to park your vehicle. Please be at the shuttle pick up by 3pm.

Address of where to leave my vehicle? Will my vehicle be okay?

Answer

The address of the shuttle location is 500 St Croix Place Key Largo, FL 33037. Please be here by 3pm to board the shuttle. The shuttle location will be patrolled by a Monroe County Sheriffs Deputy throughout the time of the wedding, cocktail hour, and reception.

What time should we really be there?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm, it is recommended that if you are using the provided transportation, and not a hotel shuttle/taxi/Uber to be at the shuttle address by 3pm at the latest. Last call to take the provided transportation is at 3:30pm.

When to reserve rooms/AirBnbs?

Answer

As soon as possible! The Keys is a popular location for all, and hotels, Airbnbs, rental condos etc will be booked fast and months in advance!

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

No! The Bride & Groom wishes to have open seating! Meet new friends, start lively conversations and make great memories!

Cash or Open Bar?

Answer

There will be a deluxe cash bar available to all guests 21 or over, as well as non alcoholic options for those who are younger, and for those who do not consume alcohol!

Will there be plated dinners?

Answer

No! There will be a buffet of assorted foods for the guests to pick and choose! The Bride & Groom is keeping in mind of all guests dietary needs.

Kid Friendly?

Answer

Yes! Kids are allowed! However, the Bride & Groom would like parents to keep in mind that this is a wedding for all! There will be adult beverages served, as well as adult music.

Dress Code?

While there is no specific dress code, the Bride & Groom is recommending semi-formal attire!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The Bride & Groom are asking guests to assist them on their honeymoon. There is no fixed amount, there is no certain gift, just that the couple be able to enjoy their newlywed time together! A card box will be provided at the reception for guests convenience.

Covid Restrictions?

Answer

Because this is a private event, the venue does NOT require wedding guests to wear masks inside the ballroom. However, if you are walking around the resort grounds, you are asked to wear a mask. *On the provided shuttle, a mask is required by both driver, and guest.
