We suggest you arrive between 5:00 & 5:15PM so that you have ample time to get a Welcome Cocktail and be seated for the ceremony beginning at 5:30PM. If you have multiple passengers in your vehicle, we recommend off-loading your passengers at the mansion before parking. A transportation service will be available to bring guests up the hill, as it is a long, steep walk up many steps from the parking lot. Transportation at the end of the night is also included as needed!
There are two spots reserved for handicapped parking. These would be first come, first serve. Otherwise, you may utilize the transportation provided by your hosts between the mansion and parking lot.
As much as we love the littles ones, this is an adults only event. We hope you understand and that you enjoy your "grown-up" time with us.
Cocktail attire or semi-formal attire is most appropriate.

We will be providing plenty of seating, but the amount of seating will be weather dependent. There may not be seating for every single person, since this is not a sit-down dinner reception. However, if you feel that you will require a seat, we will make sure that you have one at a table, please just let us know so that we can accommodate.
Food will be passed in the beginning of the evening, and then stations for small bites will open up after passed food. So don't feel like you need to fill up early! This will be an all night food event! Desserts will be passed towards the end of the evening.
Our caterer has been made aware of allergies such as gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Please make us and the service staff aware of any OTHER allergies you may have, aside from what is listed. If you are unsure about an item on the menu, please ask the knowledgeable serving staff :)
As this is a historic property, there is no open flame of any kind permitted. If you must smoke, it is a short walk down the driveway and outside of the property's entrance. Please do not litter.
