1) Passports must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned date of departure. A 6-month validity is recommended. 2) Passports must have 2 blank pages for entry stamp.

Rome has two international airports; however, Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) will be the closest to Uber/taxi or to take the Leonardo Express to the train station to our hotel recommendations and the center of the city.

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 pm and the celebrations will continue until 1:00 am- so come ready to dance the night away!

Weather permitting, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors in the beautiful gardens of Villa Aurelia. After dinner and dancing under the stars, we'll move indoors for the after-party within the Villa.

Rome is absolutely beautiful in May. May welcomes pleasant, consistent weather in Rome and more hours of daylight. With average daily temperatures ranging from 60°F- 84°F, with cooler evenings. On May 31st, 2025, the weather was sunny with a high of 82°F.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. There will be an open bar, and we hope you're able to relax and enjoy the evening kid free.

Answer

Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day. The shuttle will be available for those who book their stay at Arenula Suites. Pick up will be at 5:20 PM and pick up from the venue at 1:00AM

1) A good travel adapter is essential, as Rome uses a different voltage than the US. 2) A cross-body purse or neck wallet. You’ll want to make sure your passport, wallet, phone, and other valuables are safe and organized. 3) We recommend downloading the Freenow application for taxi services.

As this is a destination wedding, we encourage guests not to bring physical gifts to the event itself due to travel logistics. If you wish to celebrate with a gift, our registry is available online, and we have arranged for gifts to be shipped directly to our home.
