When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Aug 1st, 2026. This is also the date the hotel blocks will be released as well. Please book early!

When should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive anytime you'd like! We will have food available from 6-8pm. Feel free to come and go as you wish.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bringing people back and forth to the hotels each hour. This will start at 6pm and go until midnight. You may also leave your car at the venue overnight if necessary. We highly encourage everyone to use the shuttle both ways! Don't forget to tip :) Country Inn - bus arrives for pickup at 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, and 8:00 pm. DoubleTree - bus arrives for pickup at 6:05 pm, 7:05 pm, and 8:05 pm. Bus leaves our reception for drop offs (Country Inn 1st, DoubleTree 2nd) 7:40pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, and 11:45pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We'd love our guests to dress up with us, but please also consider the weather. The reception will be outside on grass.
