Will there be a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle/car service available to take you back to your lodging at the end of the night.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, only those listed on the invitation are allowed to come. If you are given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed as “{Your Name} & Guest”.

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration, ensuring that all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

This is a formal celebration, so please wear Formal/Cocktail attire.

What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony & reception be in the same location?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Ivy House.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

A wide selection of appetizers will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert - we’ve made sure there’s something for everyone! If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to either Ryan or Emily.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to drive to our venue, you are welcome to leave your car overnight. You will need to pick your car up the next morning by 10 am. Please refer to the travel page for more information regarding ways to get to and from our venue.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 304 Charlevoix St., Clawson, MI, 48017. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

When are RSVP's due?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP ASAP or by May 18, 2026. If you RSVP “Yes” but cannot make it, please let us know so we can provide an accurate headcount for our vendors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged event. Please allow professional photographers to capture this special moment. During the reception, take as many photos/videos as you'd like, and be sure to share them with us!
