Bok Tower Gardens

Bok Tower Gardens

1151 Tower Boulevard, Lake Wales, FL 33853

Bok Tower Gardens is a historic and picturesque sanctuary known for its lush gardens, serene landscapes, and the iconic Singing Tower that plays daily carillon music. Edward W. Bok dedicated Bok Tower Gardens as a gift to the American people, specifically as a place of beauty, peace, and inspiration. He wanted to create a sanctuary where people could find quiet and renewal in nature. At the dedication ceremony in 1929, President Calvin Coolidge accepted the Gardens on behalf of the American people. Bok's vision was to encourage the preservation of natural beauty and to provide a cultural and spiritual refuge for generations to come. Stroll through the garden and enjoy the koi pond!
