Welcome, Friends & Family... From Now Until Forever

“Through the years and the miles… every road that you traveled…” It was a balmy -3 degrees Fahrenheit on an early December morning in 2013 when Christian first met Jade on the way to Mexico with family while she was working the GEG Starbucks. They’d exchange numbers that day and stay in contact for the long haul. December 26th, 2014: their first date takes place at Rocky Rococo’s. It turns out to be the first date toward forever as it becomes “official” on New Year’s Eve 2014. Later that year as their relationship grows, they’d become roommates together with a few good friends which adds a challenging yet rewarding dynamic over the next several years. “From the crazy and the different… to the more and the same… from the coast is clear, to a hurricane…” Some friends become like family as others come and go. Family becomes closer as their relationship deepens. Jobs start to become careers the years roll on and the world calls some difficult audibles along the way. As the storms of 2016 pass, they take their first long distance vacation together to Green Bay, WI in December and set a course for a brighter future together. “Yeah, I’ll be right beside you… on a roll or off the tracks… to the ends of the earth…” An unforgettable mid-February trip through the southern US, anchored in Tennessee, creates a love affair with the South for Jade and Christian and sets the pace for 2018 which becomes the year they take their relationship to new heights. This is the year they buy their first house and live on their own. Earlier that year, their family grows as they adopt their border-collie, Reddington. “To the moon and back…” June 9th, 2019: Christian asked Jade to marry him and our story continues… It’s been an unforgettable journey together over the past seven years, all the while creating so many incredible stories. As September 12th, 2020 approaches, we look forward to continuing to write this story with you, our friends and family.
