This is where we are reserving a "block of rooms" for our wedding October 18th, 2025. Rooms are available for that Friday October 17th & Saturday October 18th along with EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT for the party. King and Double Queen bedrooms are available at a discounted rate of $149.99+tax OR UPGRADE to a suite for an extra $20-60. No other discounts will be applied or accepted. (Military, etc.) MUST CALL TO BOOK and use group name "TANGEN" or "BORGMANN" so they know who you will be booking with and to be able to inform you of NEW information. PLEASE BOOK BY SEPTEMBER 1st!! After that date the saved block of rooms will be released to public booking. **A shuttle is being lined up for future services from the Hotel to Park Ballroom of New Prague for Reception and Reception back to the Hotel for THE BIG DAY!! Check back for an update at a later date.**

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel TO the Reception

October 18, 2025 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

This is ROUND #1 of the shuttle trips. Within this time from 3:30PM to 5:30PM there will be TWO trips by ONE Shuttle Bus that can fit 22 passengers EACH. The first bus will leave from New Prague around 3:30PM and be on its way back to leave again roughly an HOUR after that at 4:30PM picking up the last of the guests and won't be returning to pick up more. At EACH PICK UP/DROP OFF there will be a 5-10 minute WAIT TIME for loading and unloading.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Reception BACK TO Hotel

This is ROUND #2 of the shuttle trips. Within this time from 10:45-11PM to 12:30-12:45AM. The FIRST Shuttle will leave at 11PM to go back to the Hotel in Belle Plaine. The second PICK UP time will be roughly around an hour after that at 12PM.
