FAQs

The Wedding Website of Harley Calhoun and Juan Villanueva
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted no later than one month before the wedding. This helps us finalize everything smoothly — from seating to dinner to dance floor space! Thank you for responding on time!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, plus-ones are only invited if your invitation includes a guest by name or lists "Guest." If your significant other or guest is named on the invite, they’re absolutely included. Otherwise, we’re keeping it intimate and hope you understand!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to space and vibe, the ceremony and reception are adults-only unless your children are specifically named on the invitation or listed as "Child." If your invite includes them, they’re absolutely welcome! Please also note that the music later in the evening may contain profanity, so we recommend planning accordingly if you’re bringing kids. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal in light, spring, or summer colors—think easy and comfortable. Ladies, a nice dress; gentlemen, dress shirts and dress pants work perfectly. Please avoid white, cream, or off-white to keep attention on the couple. After the ceremony, if you want, swap into your favorite crawfish boil gear—tees, shorts, boots—and get ready to relax and enjoy the celebration!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our main menu features crawfish, along with some non-shellfish options. While we’re unable to accommodate special meal requests or orders, please let us know about any severe allergies in advance so we can do our best to provide safe options.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available in the designated area located to the right of the black building, which serves as the reception space. Please be mindful of signage and markers indicating restricted areas, as some portions of the property are privately owned. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us respect the venue and its surroundings.
