FAQs

The Wedding Website of Harley Calhoun and Juan Villanueva
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted no later than one month before the wedding. This helps us finalize everything smoothly — from seating to dinner to dance floor space! Thank you for responding on time!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, plus-ones are only invited if your invitation includes a guest by name or lists “+1.” If your significant other or guest is named on the invite, they’re absolutely included. Otherwise, we’re keeping it intimate and hope you understand!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to space and vibe, the ceremony and reception are adults-only unless your children are specifically named on the invitation. If your invite includes their name(s), they’re absolutely welcome! Please also note that the music later in the evening may contain profanity, so we recommend planning accordingly if you’re bringing kids. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. Arriving a bit early helps us start on time and ensures you don’t miss a moment!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal or semi-formal attire in spring or summer colors. For women, this could be a light-colored dress, and for men, a suit or dress shirt with dress pants. We kindly ask that you avoid white, cream, or off-white shades to keep the focus on the bride.
