We're Getting Married!

In the spring of 2024, Harley and Ariel were both living in Utah County, unknown to each other. It was at State Baseball when Harley met the head basketball coach of Kanab High School and sparked a wild idea within him: why don’t I move to Kanab? The thought had never crossed his mind to pickup his whole life and takeoff to Southern Utah, which turned out to be the best decision he ever made. Even after a great experience in Kane County with work and coaching opportunities, Harley had it made up in his mind that he was going to move to St. George in the Spring of 2025 to explore more career opportunities. Somehow and some way, he was convinced to stay in Kanab for another year to coach, and redo his life plans. It was then that He made a decision that would forever change his life for the better: say a prayer. In this simple prayer he asked for only one thing: “if I am to stay in Kanab, You need to send me something good”. Little did he know the best thing that had ever happened to him would follow. What seemed like right away was a text that came through from Ariel’s brother in law Tanner, informing Harley that he had a sister in law that was a little bit older than him who was moving to town for the summer, and he thought they would be a good match. It was then when Harley found out her exact age, and replied in the only way he knew how: “Shooters shoot”. From the first date the two have pretty much been inseparable, and it didn’t take too long for the two to know they loved each other. Whether it is late night grocery store trips, or long days spent on vacations all over the map, their love has only continued to grow and move forward with each day and experience. The two were engaged in February in the place that it all began, and where their love will continue to burn strong: Kanab. They are so grateful for all the love and support they have received throughout their relationship, and know that it is the people they love dearest that will continue to be their anchors as they move forward with their journey through life! They know that there are no coincidences in life, and whether it is a company going under that makes you move, or the seemingly random intuition to move away from your current life, all things have been articulated for their good. They love you all, and can’t wait to have you party with them!
