Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available. There will also be a golf cart available for shuttle service.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We have professional photographers who will be capturing every special moment, allowing everyone to be fully present and enjoy the celebration with us. This is very important to us and will also be announced before the ceremony. Thank you for helping us create an unplugged and memorable experience!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be a dry celebration, and no alcohol will be served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available for everyone to enjoy.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding dress code is Spring Formal. We encourage guests to wear elegant, seasonally appropriate attire in light or vibrant spring colors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one if one is included on your invitation. Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP. For planning purposes, only guests listed on the invitation and RSVP may attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, our ceremony will be moved to the Legacy Pavilion, located near the Legacy Courtyard.

Will Tobacco or E-Cigarettes be allowed on the premises?

Answer

Yes, tobacco products and e-cigarettes are permitted only in designated smoking areas. We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape near the bridal party while they are in their wedding attire or in any wedding event spaces, including the bridal suites, ceremony courtyard, or reception hall. Thank you for helping us keep the venue and everyone’s attire clean and comfortable throughout the celebration.
