Yes: Black Tie Optional We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best. "Black tie optional" means men can wear a tuxedo if you have one, but a dark suit with a tie is perfectly fine too. For women, a formal evening gown, cocktail dress, or an elegant pantsuit. Please note, all events are outside so plan your shoes accordingly. You will be walking on uneven grass & gravel. Plan for a potential chilly evening once the sun goes down.
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held near Villa Torre's pool. The reception will be held in the courtyard of Villa Torre. This is all on-site and will not require any transportation from your villas or between sites! Please note, all events are outside so plan your shoes accordingly. You will be walking on uneven grass & gravel.
The ceremony begins at 5pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm.
YES! We will actually have a link and QR code to a shared album to document the celebrations all week. We do ask that once the ceremony has begun, you refrain from pulling out your phone during the ceremony. We hired a great photographer to capture this moment for us. There will be a moment during the ceremony where J, our officiant, will allow everyone a minute to snap some photos and then please put the phones away.
No! All events are on-site and do not require any transportation from your villas.
It's not a wedding without an open bar! Cocktail hour will provide appetizers, aperol spritz, campari, beer, wine, soft drinks, and juices. Wine will be served with dinner. After dinner, we will have a full, open bar with spirits, wine, and beer.
As some night-before-the-big-day fun, Kal & Harley want to see everyone’s talents! We fully expect it to be 100% ridiculous so don’t stress or overthink it. We are looking forward to seeing either your goofiest (like reciting a haiku about the couple) or most impressive (like singing or a handstand) talent. Winner will receive a lifetime of pride.
