To note: Please know there will be the Bay Bridge 10k on Sunday November 9th so there may be traffic headed back towards Annapolis. There will be at least 1 lane open on the bay bridge! Plan accordingly if you have a Sunday flight out of BWI!

Dress code??

Answer

Wedding dress code is formal cocktail. This would be best described as long dresses, jump suits, and midi dresses for the women. For the men, suits and ties, or bow ties, would be appropriate. Brunch dress code is casual. Please feel free to wear jeans or a dress, or a skirt and top for women. For men, pants or shorts with a polo or nicer t-shirt would be appropriate.

Are kids welcome?

No, we love your children but there will not be any little ones at the event. Please use our wedding night to indulge in a date night!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We encourage you to stay at Tidewater, as all events will be held there. Please call directly and book under Belman/Harder wedding. Please keep in mind The Tidewater is considered a "Bed and Breakfast" so the block may fill up fast as they have under 100 rooms - call ASAP if you'd like to stay there! There is also a Hampton Inn- Easton roughly 10 minutes away, along with AirBnB options as well!

What time should I arrive on Saturday?

Please arrive between 3:30/3:45 PM as we will begin promptly at 4pm

Will transportation be provided from other hotels/Airbnbs?

Answer

No, please make plans to grab an Uber or have a sober driver. We have an open bar so please plan accordingly. Please do not drink and drive.
