When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As Soon As Possible! We are so excited to hear who will all be celebrating with us! But Seriously, room rates are only guaranteed through May 9th, 2023 so please book before then to get the best rates. Our room block has ended but rooms are still available. If you are looking to join please reach out to Mickey or Julie.

Do we have to stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico?
Answer
Absolutely not! However, we chose a destination wedding so we could spend time with everyone on an amazing tropical vacation so we would love if everyone stayed in one place. Also being out of the country we highly recommend we all stay together as a group. Hotel Xcaret is all inclusive (food, drinks and entertainment). And with all the beauty of the property and it’s exclusive parks we don’t want anyone to miss out. This will be the vacation of a lifetime and we want to share it all with you!!! We did our best to get everyone the best value for the price at Hotel Xcaret (discount codes will be available soon). Prices will change dramatically based on the number of days you can stay with us. Discounted prices will be extended 3 days before or after our official 3 day booking window. We understand if you make different plans. However, if you are staying elsewhere you will need to have your own transportation to and from the airport and the venue.

Are my children welcome?

While we love the children in our lives, due to the nature of the venue and event we are not planning on having children at the ceremony.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal. You will be in photos, lots of photos, but we also want you to be comfortable. And please don't forget the ceremony will be in the outdoors (weather permitting). Don't wear shoes you can't walk in comfortably or are afraid of getting a little sand on!

What is included in the ALL FUN Inclusive Room Plan we are booking?

Hotel Xcaret Mexico offers its “ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE®” Plan that redefines the traditional all-inclusive plan and makes it a much more complete experience: *Room service, breakfast, lunch and dinner in specialty bars or à la carte restaurants. *Hotel’s open bar with national and imported drinks and beverages inside the bars and restaurants. *Mini-bar (soft drinks, beers and bottles of water) stocked daily. *UNLIMITED Access to all XCARET GROUP Parks and Tours (Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xenses, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Xavage and the Xel-Há - Tulum and Xenotes Tours), including food according to each plan in each park and tour. With Free shared transportation, NOT personalized. (All Parks and Tours must be reserved with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days in advance, the number of guests per park and day will be subject to the capacity and availability of each of them). **We will be arranging some of these parks and tours for the wedding group if you would like to join us. More info will follow once we have a guest count. *TRANSPORTATION: Airport - Hotel – Airport Shuttle. (Requires reservation with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days in advance). *All recreational and entertainment activities at THE HOTEL for adults and children.

How far is Hotel Xcaret Mexico from the airport?

The resort is a 45-minute drive from Cancun International Airport. Your transportation is included in the cost of your stay.
