Immediate street parking at Taylor Mansion is not available, as it is reserved for residents. However, there are street parking options and several lots in the nearby vicinity. We will also have a shuttle running to a designated location to support guest parking, and we’re exploring additional lot rentals. More information will be shared as plans are finalized. If you’d like to relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving, ridesharing is an option, but there’s absolutely no pressure—you can choose whatever works best for you!
Parking The street the venue is on is permit parking only, and it is strictly enforced (we actually witnessed a car being towed during one of our visits!). The venue does have a small lot, but those are assigned spots. We strongly recommend using Uber/Lyft if possible. There are also several parking garages within walking distance, including the Newport on the Levee lot. Street parking is available in the area on 5th and 6th Street, near Mansion Hill Tavern and Pompilio's. We contracted a shuttle to run people back to the Aloft Hotel between 9pm and 11pm if you choose to park there or at the Levee. Smoking The venue is non-smoking. Guests may not smoke — including vapes — inside the house or on the porch. Smoking is permitted in the lot on the property; please be sure to dispose of any trash. Rooftop Access We're lucky to have access to the venue's rooftop! Please note there is a capacity limit of 20 people at a time, and a staff member will likely be present up there to help ensure everyone's safety. Open Flames No open flames — including candles or lighters — are permitted anywhere on the property. Noise & Sound We kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise levels, especially when outside. The neighbors have been known to complain, so during dancing, the exterior doors and blinds will be kept closed to minimize sound. We appreciate your understanding!
