Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Drinks: Wear white! Casual chic and beach-friendly. Linen shirts, button-downs, guayaberas, flowy dresses, and jumpsuits work perfectly. Wedding: Beach formal. Elegant but comfortable. Lightweight suits in soft or neutral colors--think tan, beige, light gray, or blue. Cocktail or maxi dresses. Skip stilettos that could sink in the sand.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the welcome drinks, ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking at the hotel for the wedding but could be limited due to the holiday weekend. We encourage those staying in nearby hotels to uber. All guests staying at the hotel have overnight self-parking waived.

Where should we stay if we are from out of town?

Answer

Please see "Travel" section of website to see the room block. All events are at the same hotel as the room block. Please contact Dan or Davin for alternate recommendations.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We encourage our friends and family who have dogs to also give them a beach getaway! While the hotel is incredibly dog friendly (with a 1-time fee of $175+taxes) we kindly ask to not bring them to the wedding or welcome reception.

I have a dietary restriction, who should I reach out to?

Answer

I want to make this trip into a long weekend given the holiday weekend, how can I do this?

Answer

If you want to extend your stay at Playa Largo - either to arrive early Thursday or stay through Monday (as its MLK day!) please text Dan (845-323-9974) who can connect you with a contact for group pricing.
