The wedding ceremony will take place outside with indoor dinner and reception to follow. In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
We have a block of rooms reserved at The Inn at Depauw. This is about a 7 minute drive to/from the venue. You can reserve a room here by clicking on the "Hotel" tab on our website or by calling the hotel and referencing the "Burkett Harbaugh Wedding" Holiday Inn Express (Cloverdale) - 6.4 Miles and 11 minutes from Owl Ridge Days Inn (Cloverdale) - 6.4 Miles and 11 minutes from Owl Ridge There are also various AirBnB and VRBO options in the area.

There will be a shuttle service available for guests to sign up for pick up before the ceremony and drop off to the same place after the reception. Guests who are staying anywhere within a 15 mile radius from Owl Ridge will be able to use the shuttle service. Guests can schedule to be picked up prior to the wedding by calling/texting 765-247-9255. Please do this 24-48 hours prior to the wedding. There will be a sign-up sheet at the bar during the reception for you to sign up for your ride back.
While we wish that everyone could enjoy our special day with us, our wedding venue can only hold so many people. Therefore, we ask that only those who are on your RSVP attend our wedding!
