This beautifully restored Shaker Village is only about 35 minutes away. It is a very peaceful place with many restored buildings, gift shops, a restaurant, and tours. This is an excellent way to spend the day.

Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill

Open 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
The beautiful and home and farm of “The Great Compromiser” who wielded significant influence on the Civil War, The U.S. Supreme Court and molded the role of the Speaker of the House.
Entrance Fee varies by tour: $15.00 - $25.00
