Flying

If you are traveling by plane, there are a couple of options for you. The three airports that would be easiest to fly into would be Nashville (BNA), Atlanta (ATL), or Knoxville (TYS). The drive from the Atlanta airport is approximately four hours, the drive from the Nashville airport is approximately three hours (and you lose an additional hour due to changing time zones), and the drive from Knoxville is around 1 hour. We would suggest flying into the Knoxville airport and either renting a car, carpooling, or taking an airport shuttle to your hotel.

Our personal recommendations for hotels, The Dollywood DreamMore Resort and the Best Western Plaza Inn, are listed in more detail below. We encourage you to book with these hotels in order to minimize your driving responsibilities over the weekend. Since we are providing transportation to and from the hotels listed above to the wedding ceremony and reception, there will be no available parking at the wedding venue. However, if you would like to book somewhere else we suggest that you look in the Pigeon Forge area instead of Gatlinburg due to the amount of traffic Gatlinburg sees in the summertime.

We have secured a discount code for all of our guests staying at The Dollywood DreamMore Resort. In order to use the discount please call to make your reservation and ask for the wedding discount. The Welcome Celebration for all wedding guests will be held at the resort on Friday night and we will be providing transportation to and from the resort and wedding venue for the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday.
