How much is lodging at the Zion Red Rock Oasis?

Answer

The nightly lodging fee will be $70 a night per individual. This fee is due March 27th.

How often should i be checking this website?

Answer

We encourage all guests to refer to this website bi-weekly to stay up to date on schedule changes and deadlines.

Question

What is expected when booking flights?

Answer

We will be announcing flight options in the travel tab once they become available. We strongly encourage guests to fit these flights into your schedule as we wish for our friends and family to arrive in groups and shuttle together to the venue.

When will optional Flights be posted?

Answer

We will be posting flight options sometime in March or April. We are leaning towards morning flights (Departing Sunday Morning) so that you have the afternoon and early evening to travel and arrive at the venue on a timely manner. Time zone difference will be considered.

Food & Beverage?

Answer

Upon arrival, we will stock up on daily food essentials (eggs, bacon, pancakes, chips, sandwich fixins', snacks, fruits & veggies, ect). Same will go for beverages (beer, seltzers, wine, soda, mixers ect). If there are any specific food or beverage items you will be requiring or want, it will be your responsibility to purchase these items. There are restaurants, stores and cafes in town 10 min down the road if needed. The evening of the ceremony will be catered.

When is check-in and check-out?

Our official check in time will be 5:00pm on Sunday the 23rd and check out will be 10:00am Wednesday the 26th.

Will there be a formal reception?

Answer

While at our destination, we will be having an informal, laid back reception. September 5th we will have a large formal reception at Alpine Valley Resort. Wedding party will be asked to attend both events.
