We'd like to take our guests on a culinary trip back to where we met-Perú! Plus, it's Fred's favorite food! There will be 3 choices for the main dish. Please indicate which one you'd like to eat when you RSVP. More details of each dish below: 1. Ají de Gallina- Popular comfort food in Perú, enjoyed at family gatherings and celebrations. Creamy chicken stew made with shredded chicken, yellow chili pepper sauce that adds flavor and color (not spicy), served over rice and a surprise garnish. 2. Tallarín de Lomo a la Huancaina- Commonly enjoyed as a main dish and reflects the fusion of Chinese and Peruvian culinary tradition. Beef and vegetable stir fry served over flat noodles in a creamy yellow cheese sauce. 3. Vegetarian Choice: Vegetable Tallarín- Similar to the tallarín de lomo, but without the beef. Vegetable stir-fry with an asian flare, spaghetti noodles and no creamy cheese sauce. 4. Gluten Free Choice: The chef can make the beef and vegetable stir-fry gluten free and served with rice.
There are many hotel options close to the Brittany Club. We have confirmed a hotel room block at a discounted rate at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton about 15 minutes from the venue. Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information and the link to book! Airbnbs and VRBOs may be an option too.
Both our ceremony & reception are adults-only outside of our ring bearer and flower girl. If you plan to travel with little ones and would like help finding childcare for May 2, please reach out- we are happy to help look for options. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to celebrating together and making great memories.
Please RSVP by March 16 so we have some time to get all the details squared away.
Your presence at our wedding is our ultimate present! We have a couple funds listed on our registry tab if you'd like to give that way.
