Question

What COVID precautions are being taken?

Answer

There will be 100+ guests joining us to celebrate! With that said, we are asking all guests to manage their own risk, whatever that may be. Of course, if you are feeling sick we hope you will stay home and just be with us in spirit. If you are not comfortable being in this size of group and decide not to join us, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and do not wait. We understand the changing times, but continue to look forward to a day of joy & coming together to celebrate something that will last much longer than this virus.

Question

Is it an outdoor wedding? ... in October?

Answer

YES! Regardless of weather, the wedding will go on! So pack a jacket, and be ready for anything. We'll have a nice coffee bar in the evening to help warm you up! Both ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

If your child's name was on the invitation/RSVP - then yes! If not, we ask that you make this a parent "getaway". Although we would love to invite all the kids, we have kept it to only close family children. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your RSVP includes a Guest, then yes. If not, then we ask that just you join us!

Question

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

There is a large parking lot, and attendant, at the venue to hold all your vehicles. Parking is just steps away from the ceremony and reception location - so walking shoes are not necessary!

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

We have requested to know by October 1. Please let us know your plans either way as soon as possible. Your RSVP is able to be changed at any time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, preferred!

Question

What is the venue like? Trying to be prepared!

Answer

The venue is a lodge-like spot with a meadow for the ceremony, and a tented reception area around back. There aren't any treacherous routes you'll have to take as guests, so please do not worry about hiking up hills or walking through wooded areas!
