WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

As of 9/18: temperatures range from a high of 65°F and a low of 45°F. Bring something to keep warm at night! In case of rain, we are under the tent for both the cocktail hour & reception.

WHAT IS THE PREFERRED DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE SERVICE?

Answer

Yes, there will be a small bus for transport to and from the Hampton Inn (8th St location only.) We have specific pick up times below. - Be ready by 4pm for first shuttle to arrive at Great Bear by 4:30PM - Be ready by 5pm for second shuttle to arrive at Great Bear by 5:30PM

WHERE THERE BE VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN/ SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet style meal with vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions you have in advance so we can have something for you.
