Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at theHome2 Suites by Hilton Joliet Plainfield for your convenience. A shuttle bus will run from the hotel to our venue from the hours of 4pm - 5pm and 8pm - 11pm. No need to drive yourself to/from the hotel! *** If you are booking a room past the date 11/8/24 please call the hotel for accommodations. Guests can call the hotel directly to place reservations at: 815-727-3310 or, use the reservation link provided under the TRAVEL tab. *11/15/2024 - 11/17/2024 dates available for guests.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 09/08/2024, using the RSVP tab above or by scanning the QR code provided on the invitation. If you do not RSVP by 09/08/2024 we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please avoid jeans and shades of solid white.

Can I bring a guest/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Where do I park?

Our venue has free private parking. The Sanctuary Events shuttle will transport you from the private lot to the front of the venue for your convenience. 14735 Wood Farm Road, Plainfield, IL 60544

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, this will be mostly an adults only event.

What do I do if I can't make it but RSVP'd YES?
Answer
You will be dearly missed and we understand life happens! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible via text/call 630-202-8337 or 773-450-7545. Thank you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us plus we hired a FABULOUS photographer to be able to capture the best pictures of both you and us!
