Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome event: cocktail attire is encouraged -- men should wear a blazer or sports coat (no ties necessary), and ladies can wear cocktail dresses and jumpsuits. For the ceremony: we are aiming for beach chic -- we kindly request that ladies wear gowns or long dresses. Men should wear lightweight suits (ties encouraged). We kindly ask our guests to avoid sneakers or casual sandals. This is not black tie, feel free to be formal but comfortable! For the after party: please feel free to bring your comfies for the beach bonfire!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6PM. We ask that you arrive at the Crescent Beach Club by 5:30-5:45PM in order to give yourself time to find your seat.

Is there transportation to and from the Crescent Beach Club?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided in intervals from the Viana Hotel & Spa. If you are staying in the Four Points hotel or elsewhere, please make arrangements to arrive and leave the venue on your own.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the Crescent Beach Club's beautiful beachfront and outdoor patios. The reception will take place inside the venue, while the after party will then return to the beach.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The Crescent Beach Club offers a large, free parking lot on site that will be available to all guests.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event with the exception of our close family. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

We’d love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!
