Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So, leave the kids at home and come have fun with us!

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We do not! But we did leave some ideas of places to stay in the accommodations section.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes!! Soda, Beer, Wine, and Liquor will be available.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual - This means no jeans and to wear darker, more formal hues. Some examples of what you could wear are a suit and tie, dress pants with a blouse, a cocktail dress or a dressy skirt and top.

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! Unlimited pizza. There will be many options including Cheese, Pepperoni, Goetta, Veggie, BBQ Chicken, and The Works. If you have any special accommodations there will be other food for purchase over at Catch-a-Fire located within Madtree.

Question

Where can I park? What if the parking lot is full?

Answer

MadTree is very, very busy on Saturday nights plan accordingly. If both the small parking lot (in the front of the building) and large parking lot (in the back of the building) are full, MadTree's recommendations are as follows: 1. Arrive a bit early. Taproom patrons are continually coming and going, so this gives you a bit more time to circle the parking lot a couple of times and find a spot. 2. Utilize Uber and/or Lyft 3. Carpool 4. There is a free public parking garage near the Anthem Building in the same shopping area as Kroger right across the street. It's a bit of a walk (.5 miles), but it's an option. 5. Utilize street parking up and down Madison Road (near Oakley Square and all of the shops/restaurants along the street). ****If anyone decides to park in the main Crossroads parking lot (The Church across the street) or the Kroger parking lot, THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and MadTree is not liable if you are towed.

Question

Are mask required?

Answer

YES!! All guests (including vendors) are required to wear a mask at all times unless seated at their table eating and drinking. If a guest cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition a written notice from their doctor is required. MadTree reserves the right to refuse entry even with written confirmation. PLEASE BRING A MASK.
