Where is the ceremony/ reception taking place?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress to impress! We're going with cocktail attire because we want everyone to feel stunning, but comfortable. There will be plenty of dancing, though, so be comfortable above all else!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors rain or shine. The reception will be outdoors as well, but will be tented.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We respectfully request no children under 16. You may notice some young family members in our wedding party that have been specially invited to participate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. We would suggest arriving no later than 2:45 p.m. to ensure the ceremony is uninterrupted.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Answer
We will be having an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. This means we are asking that all cell phones, tablets, cameras, and other digital distractions be turned off and put away during our ceremony. We invite you to be truly present with us as we begin our lives together. Our reception will be "plugged-in" once the marriage certificate is signed, and everyone will be welcome to take pictures and post as they please! Feel free to use our wedding hashtag #HappilyHeadleyAfter on social media!

Will there be food and drinks served?
Answer
Absolutely! We will have a cocktail hour with beer and wine, as well as a dinner buffet and desserts table. Let's eat, drink, and get married!

Will there be dancing?
Answer
Of course! In fact, when you RSVP please request a song that will help get you on the dance floor. We'll do our best to include everyone's!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! We understand that we have chosen a day for our wedding that may not be convenient for everybody. If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
