FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaylee Parkes and Noah Hamilton
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re keeping our guest list limited. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night out with us.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 1st, 2026. Due to venue and catering commitments, we regret that we cannot accept responses after this date. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to see you there.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can be seated and ready to celebrate! Once the ceremony has begun, no one will be allowed to enter until after it is completed and cocktail hour has started. We can't wait to see everyone's beautiful faces as we walk down the aisle.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at the venue. Parking attendants will help direct you to exactly where you need to be, even if you need access to handicap parking.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal. Think of the vibes as a fall garden party, featuring autumnal hues and floral patterns, accompanied by suits of various fabrics and colors of your choosing (or more realistically of you wife's choosing). Please no jeans, casual sundresses, or white outfits. And remember- It's always better to be overdressed than underdressed.

Question

Are you registered? If so, where?

Answer

Your love and presence are the best gifts, but if you’d like to contribute, you can find all the details of where and how to do so under the "Registry" tab. Thank you so much for wanting to bless us in this new season!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — we’d love for you to be fully present with us. Our incredibly talented photographer will capture everything!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes — we’ll be serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Please drink responsibly and respectfully, and plan safe transportation home.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be in a tent. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap in case you typically get cold once the sun has set. Please note our ceremony will be on grass, so choose shoes accordingly. However, the reception tent is fully paved so no excuses to not be on the dance floor.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have any allergies, please note that in your RSVP and our caterer would be happy to accommodate you.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We will be having a plated dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note that when choosing your entree option on your RSVP. Our caterer will do their best to accommodate your dietary needs.

Question

Are hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have chosen to do a room block at Hyatt House BWI. You can find the link to book your room under the travel tab of our website.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our entire venue is equipped with many ADA compliant restrooms and ramps to move about the property. If you anticipate you or your guest being in a wheelchair for the wedding, please make a note in your RSVP so our venue manager can make any accommodations needed ahead of time.
