FAQs

The Wedding Website of David Patrick Weber and Erica Lynn Bommarito
Question

Can I bring a +1 or other guest?

Answer

While we would love to accomodate everyone, unfortunately due to certain restrictions we must keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest unless your invitation indicates otherwise.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we would like you to view our wedding as a grown-ups getaway. Please leave the little ones at home (preferably with a sitter - but we’re not here to judge) so you can relax, dance and drink the night away.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

Our decision is to have a strictly unplugged ceremony. But, before and after the ceremony please feel free to snap all the pictures you want. We will be utilizing a custom hashtag. If you post to social media don't forget to use #HappilyEverWeber!

Question

Do I need to select a meal option?

Answer

Yes, please! We will be serving a beautiful local caught fresh Mahi Mahi served Oscar style, Filet of Beef with local Scallops, or a delicious and aromatic black bean cake for our vegetarian guests. Please mark any special needs such as Gluten Free or Nut Free on your RSVP card.

Question

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The sooner the better so our caterer can be prepared to accommodate you.

Question

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

You are more than welcome to RSVP here on our wedding website or by mailing in the card that came with your invitation. Because we need to give final head counts to our vendors, we ask that you respond by August 1st, 2021. If you have any trouble RSVPing, please let us know. If we do not hear from you by August 1st, 2021 we will assume that you cannot make it and will remove your name from the guest list.

Question

I’m traveling from out of town, what’s the plan?

Answer

Please see our "Travel" section for anything travel-related.

Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue around 2:30 PM. Our ceremony starts at 3 PM.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our guests will have their own parking lot that is free of charge. There is a walkway from the lot that will lead you to our ceremony and reception space.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoors?

Answer

All events for the evening will be located outdoors on the beach and lawn. Please choose your footwear wisely, ladies!

Question

What’s the weather going to be like?

Answer

It should be beautiful! Typically, the temperature in late October is around 81 F during the day and 64 F in the evenings. However, Halloween week 2019 was 95 F with 100% humidity. Bring a bathing suit and a sweater so you’re prepared for both scenarios.

Question

What about the booze?

Answer

Don't worry, you won't go thirsty! There will be a full open bar during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. However, our celebration will be heavily photographed so any drunken shenanigans will be documented and mocked for years to come! Enjoy responsibly! If you are staying on site, you are welcome to stock your room with your own beverages to consume throughout your stay.

Question
