Comfort Suites

We have secured a small block of rooms at the Comfort Suites in Leesburg, VA. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue at Shadow Creek in Purcellville, VA. Reservations must be made before July 22nd in order to secure the group discount. In order to use our group discount you will need to call the hotel directly at (703) 669-1650 and tell them you would like to reserve a room under the "Urciolo/Stroup wedding block."

Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg

We have secured a small block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Leesburg, VA. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue at Shadow Creek in Purcellville, VA. Reservations must be made before July 19th in order to secure the group discount. The block is reserved from Wednesday, August 21st through Saturday, August 24th. You don't need to reserve rooms for that entire time in order to get the group discount.

Alternate Hotel Options

If rooms from our wedding blocks at Hampton Inn and Suites and Comfort Suites in Leesburg become unavailable, there are a few other hotels in the Leesburg area. Alternatively, there are many more options in the Dulles/Sterling area; however, hotels in that area are about 30-40 minutes from the venue.

Traffic

We'd like to make sure our many out-of-town guests are aware that traffic in the DC Metro area can be horrendous--especially on a Friday afternoon. We would HIGHLY recommend planning for traffic on the way to the venue during the afternoon of the wedding.

Flight

IAD

For guests who will be flying to the wedding: Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to the wedding venue and hotels. It is located about 30 minutes from the venue and only 20 minutes from our hotels in Leesburg.

Getting to and from the Venue

We will be providing a shuttle that will take guests from the Comfort Suites and Hampton Inn to the venue before the ceremony. • Shuttles from Comfort Suites depart at 3:30, 3:45 & 4:00pm • Shuttles from Hampton Inn depart at 4:00, 4:15 & 4:30 A shuttle will also be available after the reception to take guests back to the hotels beginning at 10pm. The venue has plenty of parking available for guests who would like to drive on their own or carpool. Ride sharing, like Uber or Lyft, is available but we wouldn't recommend depending on it for a ride leaving the reception as there may not be a large number of drivers in the Purcellville area.
