We kindly ask that your party RSVPs by Monday, August 25, 2025 to allow us time to ensure a welcoming and joyful experience for our loved ones.

Answer

Guests should arrive at the ceremony between 5:00PM - 5:20PM on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Yes, our dress code is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs (Little Black Dresses), dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are limited by venue capacity and want to ensure an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be clearly noted. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share our special day with you.

We love your little ones, but we've made the difficult decision to keep our celebration adults-only. This allows all our guests, including parents, to fully relax and enjoy an evening of celebration. We understand this might make it challenging for some families to attend, and we completely understand if you need to decline. Thank you for your understanding as we work to create an intimate evening for our guests.

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy their meal safely and comfortably. When you RSVP, you'll find a space to note any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Our catering team will ensure these are accommodated for your dining experience.

We're currently working on securing special room blocks at nearby hotels to make your stay both convenient and comfortable. Once we've finalized these arrangements, we'll share all the booking details and rates with you. Stay tuned for more information coming soon!

Yes! We've made sure parking will be convenient and secure for all our guests. The Biltwell Event Center offers plenty of on-site parking, and we'll have two parking attendants to help guide you to available spaces. For your peace of mind, security personnel will also be present during the event.
