Is there transportation provided from Hotel Indigo to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation from Hotel Indigo to Twin Willow Gardens and back to Hotel Indigo, will be provided. Hotel Indigo to Twin Willow Gardens Shuttles are scheduled to arrive at the hotel at 2:25 PM and depart at 2:40 PM. Twin Willow Gardens to Hotel Indigo Shuttles are scheduled to arrive at the venue at 9:45 PM and depart by 10:15 PM.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Wedding After-Party Join us at Scuttlebutt Brewing (1205 Craftsman Way, Everett, WA 98201), just a quick walk across the street from Hotel Indigo, for the after-party! While they usually close at 10 PM, they’re staying open late just for us so the celebration can continue. We’ll have some light snacks available, and the full menu and bar will be open if you’d like to purchase additional food or drinks. Can’t wait to keep the party going with you!

Yes! There is onsite parking free of charge.

What is the dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

Our celebration will be black tie optional—think classic and polished, but with flexibility. Tuxedos and long gowns are welcome, though a suit, cocktail dress, or stylish jumpsuit will fit right in. With the event taking place in an outdoor setting, we suggest shoes that work well on uneven surfaces. Aim for elevated and comfortable, and you’ll be perfectly dressed for the evening

Starting May 7, 2025, Americans will generally need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of ID to fly domestically. This includes individuals 18 years of age and older. A REAL ID-compliant driver's license, state-issued enhanced driver's license, or another acceptable ID (like a passport) will be required at TSA security checkpoints.
