We all know how confusing it can be when planning to attend a wedding, especially if coming in from out-of-town. Please let us know if you have any questions, or contact the Omni directly for any hotel related issues.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! You're welcome to bring kids with you on the trip — the resort is very kid friendly with giant water slides and designated children's areas — but please, no children at the event itself.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our guest list is by invite only. Congrats, you made the cut!

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail Attire, Semi-Formal, or Dressy Casual. Please be advised that the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, however it should be warm (63-68F) during the evening and still light out. Ladies may want to bring a light coat or jacket.

WE ARE NOT STAYING AT THE OMNI, WHERE DO WE PARK FOR THE EVENT?

Answer

Valet parking is available and free for guests attending the wedding. From the entrance of the resort, make a left at your first opportunity, then follow the road as it veers right and continue to the loop where you will see the valet. There should be signage as well directing you when you enter the resort.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony starts PROMPTLY at 5:30pm. Please allow time for traffic, congestion while valeting your car, and time to lose your way around the resort before you make it to your seat.
