Will there be parking at the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes. Please park in designated areas at Lloyds Landing only. Parking on the lawn or lakefront is prohibited. We are not allowed to park vehicles at Oate's Overview. That is kept clear for emergency access only.

Yes, there is a large parking area.

Will there be restrooms at the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception?

Yes. Each venue is equipped with restrooms close by.

Is there designated seating at the ceremony?

Answer

We are all one big family now. Please feel free to sit on either side. The first few rows will be reserved for immediate family.

Will food and drinks be provided at the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes. We will provide pizza, salads, and pasta dishes at the rehearsal dinner. Eddie's Bakery will be supplying desserts! We will also provide soft drinks. BYOB for any other beverages.

Will food and drinks be provided at the reception?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing food as well as water, coffee, and tea. Any other drinks can be purchased at the cash bar.

Is the usage of cameras and phones allowed?

Answer

We ask that everyone turn off their cameras and phones during the ceremony and our first dance. We'd love for everyone to be fully present with us during these special moments. We promise to share the beautiful photos and footage after the wedding.

Who should I contact day-of for any questions?

Answer

Please do not contact the Bride or Groom. You are more than welcome to reach out to the Maid of Honor or Best Man. We will also have a Day-of Coordinator who will be guiding guests and taking care of things for the Bride and Groom as needed. Are we able to visit the PX or Commissary (grocery store) on base?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not have an active military ID, you won't be able to purchase anything at the PX or Commissary. You can however, visit restaurants on base, gas stations, and Starbucks! Check out our "Things To Do" section for places to visit!
