Mike is my oldest brother. He is the cool "BIG" brother most people wish they had. From jumping off the top of the house into a 3-foot kiddie pool, jumping on the trampoline washed down with dish soap near electric fences, or making sure we always had on the newest hit shoe every Christmas and birthday. One thing was certain, wherever Mike was, there was fun to be had. You do so much for our family and it’s something you don’t get enough credit for. You are the patriarch of our family, and I can say with certainty that our family is in good hands. We’ve all watched you grow and display work ethic, dedication, and the perseverance that is needed on all walks of life. Mike, I can’t begin to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me and I’m so happy to have you by my side.
Gentry Whittaker
Matron of Honor
Gentry Alaina Whittaker is the baby of the Whittaker Sisters. She is a smart, fiery dreamer with a huge heart. She is always hiding sweet messages in your drawer, car or purse that bring the biggest smile to your face right when you need it most. While Gentry is my youngest sister, she is wise beyond her years. I can't tell you how many times I've called her with a problem. She always answers, with warmth in her voice and instantly I can feel the stress lift. Gentry and I also share a special love of hibachi/sushi + movie nights. We've spent countless nights at my old apartments, piled on the couch, binging RuPaul's Drag Race. Gentry, I'm so thankful to have you by my side, not only for the wedding but for life. Category is? Richard Allen
Groomsman
Richard is the middle child of the Allen boys. Being separated in age by only 3 years, Richard was my best friend growing up. Wherever Richard went, I wanted to go as well. We would play basketball, football, ride bikes, or even manhunt with metal BB guns. Richard taught me a lot of things growing up. From pushing me to do better in all things sports related, how to be financially responsible, and how to take a punch. The last lesson was taught by repetition. We would use the cassette tapes to record our music and raps, all while dreaming that we could make it big one day. Richard, I’m proud of everything you’ve accomplished, and I can’t wait to get together and celebrate!
Carson Whittaker
Maid of Honor
Carson Delane Whittaker is the middle child of the Whittaker Sisters. She is a passionate free spirit, charting her own course in life. I've always admired her magnetic personality. She's never met a stranger; people are just drawn to her. Her positive energy is infectious and I know that if I'm having a rough time, Carson can pull me out of the funk. One side of Carson that is not highlighted enough is her perseverance. This woman is focused and once she sets her sight on a goal, she does not let up, no matter the obstacles. She continues to take her art career to new heights like creating sets for national music festivals and producing her own affirmation deck. Carson, I'm so proud of you. I can't wait to have you by my side in April. P.S. you're next 😉

Best Man
When Marlowe and I were discussing who would be my best man, there was no hesitation. It was you, Max! Not just because you are my son, but because you are my best friend. When you were born, I got a tattoo on my arm that says, “I gave him life, he gave me a reason, to live mine” and it couldn’t be more true. You are the reason I push myself to be better so that I can be the dad you deserve. Your happiness means the world to me, and I always want to be a role model that you can look up to. Max, you always know how to take an ordinary moment and make it exceptional. From Friday morning Dunkin Donut stops to Skip-Bo tournaments at the dinner table. It’s never a dull moment with you in my life. I can’t wait to party at the reception. P.S. you owe us the Orange Justice.
