Finally Getting Married!!!

In the summer of 2011, Alex and Garrett both met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. Garrett went to Brandeis and Alex went to O’Connor high school which were rival schools. For there first date they watched "Dinner for Shmucks" at a Santikos movie theatre. They laughed nervously at the movie and hit it off from there on out! 8 years later, they are still so in love with each other and finally getting married!

Garrett planned a whole day of fun, relaxing and beauty activities for Alex to do. Throughout each activity, Alex received handwritten letters from Garrett describing the next event to come. The last event was to meet Garrett at a restaurant downtown at the Pearl in San Antonio. The whole day was very hectic for both of them, and it felt great to sit down and enjoy a romantic dinner together. After dinner, Garrett ran Alex to Hotel Emma, he took her up into the elevator and walked her into a hotel room. The room was filled with so many candles and rose petals (ROMANTIC as HECK). In the center of the room on the ground, there was a ring box, that is when Garrett proposed and with joyous tears, she said Yes! Family and friends were waiting and watching with a live video camera downstairs in the hotel bar. They all couldn't wait to celebrate!
