Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Evening, Semi-Formal to Formal attire. Ladies, please avoid white, ivory or cream colored attire. Please avoid jeans, shorts, athletic wear, sneakers or tennis shoes. Knee to floor length dresses/gowns are asked for ladies as well as suits and ties for the gentlemen.

Can I bring a plus 1 or date?

As much as we’d love to share our special day with everyone, only those who receive a formal wedding invitation from us are invited. Please refer to the name(s) on the outer envelope of your formal wedding invitation.

We love all the kiddos, however we’ve decided this is a children-free, adult only ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:30pm and remember to take Friday night traffic and parking into consideration. The hotel is offering complimentary garage parking for those exclusively attending the wedding and not staying overnight. *Once the wedding ceremony procession begins, no one will be permitted to enter the ceremony space. So please arrive ahead of time to ensure you get a great seat!

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection Hotel by Hilton has been generous to accommodate guests of our wedding with a room block. We recommend that you take advantage of their discounted rate of $139/night and secure your booking ASAP. The hotel is also offering discounted overnight parking for $15 (instead of $27) For booking information check out the Travel & Lodging section on our website.

What are the parking arrangements?

Answer

For those staying at the hotel overnight, the hotel is offering a discounted rate of $15 (instead of $27) for overnight parking in their garage. For those exclusively attending the wedding, the hotel is offering complimentary parking in their garage. **We want to note that the garage is a bit tight for some vehicles. There is limited metered street parking, public metered parking across the street at the TD Bank and another public parking garage behind the hotel.

Do I have to pay for the Meet and Greet?

Answer

The Meet and Greet is free! You will only have to pay if you choose to purchase a buffet ticket for $39 + tax/service charge ($51.26). If you choose not to eat, you are more than welcomed to come to mix and mingle! There is plenty of seating and a full bar available.
