Sean and Nikki first met at Mount Saint Mary's University in 2015 when Nikki was a freshman and Sean was a sophomore. It began with bonding through Campus Ministry, ramen runs, late night boba and even later study sessions. Pangkat Pilipino, the Filipino club at MSMU, allowed Nikki and Sean to grow from best friends to lovers.

Sean began his job at Children's Hospital Los Angeles as a pediatric nurse and Nikki at BHC Alhambra Hospital then later, UCLA Health as a psychiatric nurse and educator. For the next 7+ years, Nikki and Sean loved traveling together, having fun at concerts and eating ice cream at Salt & Straw.

Nikki and Sean currently reside in Glendale, CA with their cat Buchi. During a trip to Japan in March 2023, Sean asked Nikki to marry him under a cherry blossom tree! We will be reciting our wedding vows on our 8- year anniversary and are excited to share this journey to marriage with all of you.
