A Love Story Written by GOD, sealed by our FAITH! Our journey began on September 10, 2021, when the groom finally found a way to share his number with the bride. What neither of them could have imagined was that this very same evening would become one of the most life-changing days of her life. That night, the bride experienced a heartbreaking loss with the passing of her sister. In the midst of her grief, she fell asleep and heard a gentle voice say, “Give him your number.” She awoke suddenly, took it as a sign, and decided to reach out. The very next day, September 11, 2021, they had their first real conversation. What began as a simple exchange quickly became something much deeper. In a time when her world felt heavy, the groom became a source of comfort, strength, and peace. From the very beginning, he showed up for her—offering support during one of the most difficult seasons of her life. He spoke with certainty about a future together, even saying they would one day raise their children side by side. At the time, she brushed it off with a smile, focused on school and not quite ready to believe in what he saw so clearly. But he remained patient and intentional. He encouraged her, made space for her to focus on her goals, and supported her in meaningful ways—inviting her over to study, cooking warm, comforting meals, and filling the room with gospel music. Through it all, a bond was forming. After a few months, life led them in separate directions, but they never truly lost touch. Even from a distance, their connection remained strong. In time, their paths aligned once again, and he gently found his way back into her heart. Through countless conversations and growing closer with each passing day, they realized their story was bigger than them. From the very beginning, it was God who brought them together—and it is God who continues to guide and sustain their love. The bride has always believed that the voice she heard that night was her sister’s, guiding her toward something greater. The timing, the connection, and the love they now share all affirm the purpose placed on their union.
