On our first trip to Philadelphia of course we toured the museum of the College of Physicians!

The Mütter Museum at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia

Where Nora shocked Jacob by playing the Classical Defense to his King's Gambit on the oversized chessboard.  Jacob still won.

Philadelphia Museum of Art

Philadelphia is a wonderfully historic city.  Independence mall and the liberty offer a great opportunity to soak it all in.  Vicki McGinley told Nora she had to list this one.

Independence Hall

Philly is a city within a park.  Take advantage of some of the incredible hiking trails all in Fairmount Park.  You can even go to the Shofuso Japanese Cultural Society and see a tea ceremony there.
