Our Wedding will be at Dreams Jade Resort and Spa in Cancun, Mexico on January 18th, 2025. Dreams Jade is an all-inclusive resort so your meals, snacks, and beverages (yes, the boozy ones too!) are all included. There are 8 restaurants, a 24 hr cafe, 24 hr room service (included), several pools, daily/nightly performances and activities, a fitness center, and so much more! Please note: Spa Services and motorized water sports are available at an additional cost.
All bookings must be made through our Travel Agent- Sherie Coley. We have included a card with her information in each of the Save the Dates and invites as she will be supporting all of our guests with their travel bookings for our special day! Sherie has partnered with our resort to reserve an exclusive rate for our wedding. Our resort requires that guests stay onsite to be included in our guest count and throughout all of the wedding festivities. All booking should be made through Sherie to ensure that you receive the exclusive rate! Our booking window is officially open. As soon as you know that you will be joining us, let us know and we will get you partnered up with Sherie to begin reserving your room.
Our wedding is Saturday, January 18th. Please plan to arrive by Thursday or early Friday taking into consideration the possibility of flight delays or cancellations when booking flights. We would hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us. There will be guests arriving as early as Wednesday!
In order to participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Jade Resort in Cancun. There is a costly per-person, per-day fee for anyone entering off-site and a limit of hours they are able to remain on the premises. Since the resort is highly secure, visitation policy is subject to change with/without notice. We would hate for you to miss out on any or all of our celebrations as a result.
Yes, since the wedding will be out of the country for all United States residents, a passport is required. Your passport must not expire within 6 months of the booked trip. Passport processing times are currently taking much longer and we recommend giving yourself ample time to apply or renew your passports! Please see the link below for more information. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Much like many other countries, including the United States, there are travel advisories to Mexico. The resorts and accompanied excursions put the utmost of emphasis on safety and security. We felt incredibly safe as we visited the resort in preparation of booking the wedding! We are happy to answer any and all questions.
