Is There a Group Code?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying for 3 or more nights at any of the three Sandals resorts on St. Lucia use the code 'WG22156762' during booking!

Question

Which Sandals Should I Stay At?

Answer

Jen and Lucas will be staying at the Grande St. Lucian, however there are also two other Sandals Resorts that guest can choose from. Halycon Bay is the closest Sandals Resort to the Grande St. Lucian (about 16 minutes away), and the Sandals Regency La Toc (about 30 minutes away) is another option! There is a free resort shuttle that goes between the Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Halcyon Beach, and Sandals Regency La Toc. We recommend staying at the Grande to maximize time as a group if possible!

Do I Need to Stay at Sandals or Can I Stay Off Resort?

Answer

If you want to stay some place in St. Lucia other than Sandals that is no problem as long as 50% or more of our guests stay on one of the three resorts. If you plan to stay off resort at an AirBnB or other hotel please note that in your RSVP so that we can keep track and invite more people (there is a 25 room cap for our group code). PLEASE NOTE: Sandals charges fees for off-resort guests to visit the resort. Wedding Passes for the Ceremony/Reception are $170 and does not allow guests to use the amenities outside of the reception. Guests with this pass will be taken to the ceremony 30 minutes before the event and asked to leave at the end of the reception. Full Day Wedding Passes are $270 and give guests access to all of Sandals amenities all day until 12AM.

When & How Long should I stay?

Jen & Lucas will arrive in Saint Lucia on Monday, 6/26/23 and depart Monday, 7/3/23. Guests are welcome to stay for any or all of that time, whatever works best for their schedule! Guests should not feel pressured to stay the full 7 days, however there is a 3 night minimum for using the Group Code. From experience we recommend 5-7!

Can I Break Up My Room Payments?

Answer

Yes! With the Layaway & Playaway program, you can choose to pay the total amount of your room vacation in installments when you make a booking online or through the call center!

How Early should I book my room?

Answer

If you know that you are able to come celebrate with us please reserve your room ASAP. This insures that you are able to get the room you want at the price that you want. If you wait until the last minute the lower-cost rooms may be filled and no longer available! If you book your room now you can pay your cost in installments as well!

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

We know that asking our loved ones to make the trip to the Caribbean is a big ask, and we completely understand if you cannot make it! Please know that we love you regardless of if you can attend or not. Jen & Lucas plan to have a casual get together in San Diego in summer 2023 as well. (Date and time TBD)

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Yes! Sandals books rooms based on a 2 person occupancy! Whether you are married or just want to bring a friend - you are welcome to bring someone with you to split your room and share in the fun! (Just a heads up though... Sandals is a couples resort, so if you bring a friend make sure you're on the same page!)

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Sandals is an all all-inclusive adult only resort. Unfortunately you must be 18+ years to attend.

What does all inclusive mean?

Answer

Sandals is an all inclusive resort for food, drinks, and most activities so you do not need to worry about purchasing food or drinks while you stay! Leave your wallet in your room and easily go from the pool to the bar to dinner without worrying about picking up a check!

Is a passport or visa required to come?

Answer

Visas are not required from U.S. citizens by any of the countries where our resorts are located. However, a valid U.S. passport is required.

What about Gifts?

Answer

Your presence is our present! If you are able to attend please do not bring a gift! If you are unable to attend but want to contribute, we do have a home down payment savings account shared in our registry.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Blue! The bridal party will be dressed in the light blue to dark teal range.
