When should I RSVP by?

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal and resort-chic. Embrace tropical vibes! Colorful sundresses, rompers, open-collar short sleeve shirts, lightweight pants or shorts. Flow-y and breathable materials recommended.

Where is the ceremony located and what time?

Answer

It will be on the beach, exact location TBD closer to date. Ceremony hour is 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Where is the reception located?

The reception will be located in the Agave restaurant.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Sarah directly to let her know if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies so she can relay this to the resort staff. There will be a buffet and a variety of foods to choose from.

Is transportation to the resort included?

Answer

If you book directly through RIU and create a RIU Class account, they offer free shuttles to and from the airport to the resort. We highly recommend having your transportation booked through the resort. Taxis at the airport can vary widely in prices.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are keeping it casual and relaxed, we traveled all the way here to enjoy our time together and celebrate! Due to varying arrivals on Friday, we will not have a welcome party. If anyone would like to meet up in the evening we certainly can! If anyone is interested in doing an excursion together we can coordinate after arrival.
