Transportation from the venue??
Answer
We have hired a bus that will be making rounds starting at 9PM to drive guests back to the Double Tree. The bus will be running 9PM-11:45PM. The venue is allowing cars to stay on the property overnight and be picked up prior to noon on Sunday!

Covid-19 Precautions???
Answer
We have reserved an extra large tent to allow for tables to be separated a safe distance. We are trying to seat everyone with their own families and who they are comfortable sitting with. Sanitizer will be located throughout the outdoor venue and masks will be available. We will also be having colored wrist bands to show what each guest is comfortable with as far as social distancing. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
