Ceremony seating will begin at 4:00 pm EST, 30 minutes before the ceremony start time which is 4:30 pm. Final guest seating will end 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time at 4:20 pm. Please note that no guests will be allowed entrance once the ceremony begins.
We ask that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographers will be working hard to get the best shots possible so we can have beautiful photos to remember our day. We don't want guest phones in the shots. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take photos and send them to us with the link that will be sent to your phone the day of the wedding!
The theme is "Beach Cocktail Hour". Think brunch hour on a beach. Ladies can wear a comfortable sundress or something of the like and gentlemen can wear a nice button down, jacket (optional) and slacks. If beach cocktail isn't in your wardrobe, lean into a Semi-formal cadence! No shorts, or flip flops
We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning no photos or video by guest will be allowed. We want to give the best opportunity to our hired photographers and videographers to capture the best shot! We will upload the photos to the site after the wedding for all to see and enjoy!

Your invitation is unique to you. We have taken extra care to consider your little ones and your invitation will reflect this. Please keep in mind this is an adult centered event, and we encourage everyone to make plans to have the BEST time possible.
We highly recommend that those who are staying at one of the 3 hotels listed on the invite (Bask Hotel, Palm Suites, or Hampton Inn) take the provided buses to the venue due to limited parking at the venue. You'll receive a detailed timeline via text message when the buses will leave each hotel to arrive at the venue and when each bus will leave the venue to take you back to your hotel.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, however Merrell Estate and Gardens is an indoor/outdoor venue and there will be a bar, food stations and limited seating inside.
