If your party plans on flying, we suggest avoiding O'hare International Airport, as we prefer Midway Airport due to safety, easier scheduling, Chicago traffic, etc.

If your party plans on driving from out of state, please note that Illinois requires tollway fees to be paid along the way.

Hotel

The Holiday Inn Aurora North-Naperville

We kindly ask that guests make their reservations via phone instead of utilizing the hotel website to ensure that guests are accommodated under the discounted rate. The last day to reserve a hotel room is August 15, 2020. Kate will be adding rooms to the block periodically up to August 15th; should a guest be told that the block is full please feel free to reach out to Kate directly at khamer1231@gmail.com or 630-544-9247 for resolution.

Shuttle

Spare Wheels Transportation

We have contracted for 3 shuttle buses to pick up guests at The Holiday Inn hotel and shuttle everyone to the venue, prior to the ceremony. These shuttles will also shuttle guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Details regarding time of pick up and drop off are still pending. This information will be updated shortly.
