34 mile historic trail that runs from Abingdon to Whitetop. Bike it or walk it! Beautiful farmland, and forest. Shuttle services offered in Damascus, Va. It originated as a railroad that dates back to the 1880's as part of the industrial expansion in the US and was inducted into the Rail-Trail Hall of fame! We LOVE going for walks as family, dogs included!
